Fitness Together Davidson is located in the Davidson Commons shopping center by the Harris Teeter which is located off exit 30 of I-77.  It sits across from Davidson Day School and next to Children's Community Center.  Our philosophy is to help people feel better by focusing on correcting muscle imbalances that they may have created through everyday life while building muscle to help them perform better on an everyday basis.  We help them look better through a sound nutrition program which focuses on building muscle and burning fat.  All of our personal training sessions are conducted in private suites allowing our clients to get the personal attention they need to stay focused as well as the accountability they need to succeed.
