Fitness Together Cornelius is located off of exit 25 of I-77. It is situated just behind Birkdale Village in the Kenton Place shopping center by the Lowe's Foods grocery store and Brewster's Ice Cream. Our philosophy is to help people feel better by focusing on correcting muscle imbalances that they may have created through everyday life while building muscle to help them perform better on an everyday basis. We help them look better through a sound nutrition program which focuses on building muscle and burning fat. All of our personal training sessions are conducted in private suites allowing our clients to get the personal attention they need to stay focused as well as the accountability they need to succeed.

Lisa Morton
A Jacksonville, NC native, Lisa brings over 5 years of personal training experience to the Fitness Together staff. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She later completed her Master of Arts in Sports Management at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. A figure competitor since 2003, Lisa received her pro card from the International Federation of Bodybuilders in 2006. Lisa continues to compete in IFBB sanctioned figure competitions all over the country and is an up and coming fitness model. Lisa specializes in weight and physique transformation.

Eric White
Florida native, Eric was an active individual being involved in multiple athletic fields in his youth and throughout high school. Carrying over the success, motivation, passion and mental drive from competing in athletics, he began becoming involved in fitness training. “Seeing people succeed in obtaining there fitness goals and continually creating new fitness goals for the future and helping with the process is the most rewarding part of helping others.” He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2005. Eric is certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and specializes in nutrition and resistance training with emphasis on correct technique and mental focus. Eric also interned Carolina rehab where he studied physical therapy rehab and how to apply it with personal training.

Adrian Rusiecki
Adrian Rusiecki received a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He has been in the fitness field since a very young age, and used various methods of fitness training to overcome his personal injuries. His life story has made training a logical career choice because he is able to connect with others with his vast knowledge and improve their strength, core and overall health and fitness. He has worked in Tampa, FL at a private training studio, with students at UNCW, and is the strength coach for North Carolina's firefighters. His love for training is to show people they can make a lifestyle change and get them to see that with hard work and dedication they can accomplish anything they want.

Danielle Wasser
Danielle Wasser is the new manager at FT Cornelius. She is no stranger to fitness. At age four she started her dance career in ballet, tap and jazz and from then on, has made living a healthy lifestyle a way of life. After graduating from the University of Florida, she became a certified Group Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. She has taught in Los Angeles, Miami, Ft Lauderdale and now Lake Norman. She is certified through NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine), AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America), Pilates Coach, Spinning and Step Aerobics. Her high energy, compassion and well rounded background makes her a valuable asset to our team to work with all fitness levels and needs.
