Fitness Together of Ballantyne was the second Fitness Together to open in the Charlotte area, in February of 2005.  The staff at every Fitness Together strive each and every day to help all clients reach their health and fitness goals. The studio is located in the Hunter's Crossing  shopping center, about 1/2 mile south of Ballantyne Country Club.

    Adam Franklin

    Adam Franklin is probably best known for his dedication, and care for his client’s positive results, as well as their overall well being. He has been training since the late 90's with individuals ranging from professional level athletes, to people who need to lose weight, and/or improve their overall health. He attended CPCC in the year of 2004 to obtain his nationally recognized Fitness Trainers certification. In addition to that he has an extensive background in athletic, and strength training. Adam has helped many individuals achieve such fitness goals as, losing 10 to 50+ lbs, putting on 10 to 20+ lbs of muscle, and improving athletic performance. He continues to work hard day in & day out, through ongoing study of various fitness related subjects, and development of new exercise techniques, to ensure the progression and well being of his clients.

  • Diane Rosthal - Manager Fullsize

    Diane Rosthal - Manager

    Diane has been a personal trainer with Fitness Together since 2006 and was recently promoted to manager. She has a passion for fitness and leads by example. Diane earned her BS in education from Hofstra University where she was a competitive gymnast. She earned her MS in Sports Management and exercise physiology from New York University. Combining her competitive nature with a wealth of experience and a ton of energy, Diane motivates her clients to stick to their exercise program! When not in the studio, she is busy staying after her two teenagers, Carly and Nick!

  • Thomas Neblett Fullsize

    Thomas Neblett

    Thomas’ drive for exercise began at an early age when he discovered that he always felt better after working out. He joined the Marine Corps for the physical challenge and this drive continued through college, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education. Thomas officially started working in the fitness industry in 1999, where he realized how much he enjoyed helping others gain confidence and reach and surpass their expectations. Thomas helps his clients achieve their own personal wellness goals through resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, nutrition, motivation, and supplementation. He believes that putting in the time to balance all aspects of physical and mental fitness will lead to a higher quality and quantity of life. Thomas helps his clients incorporate healthy habits, through proper coaching and guidance that lead to a better life; “If your workouts are going well, then the rest of the day will fall into place.”

    Louis Casper

    Louie thrives on the challenges of sports and athletics. He's a former college athlete with an extensive background in strength and conditioning. After getting injured Louie decided to to get his Master's in Sports Medicine. Louie's career has included training athletes and creating strength programs. He enjoys the the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients at Fitness Together.

    Yoga, Pilates, Weight Training, Martial Arts, Kung Fu...Carlos does it all. He is certified at instructing in each of those disciplines. This background allows Carlos to work with any client, it also allows him to expose his clients to various styles of fitness.

    Suzanne Desmond

    A fitness enthusiast for decades, Suzanne brings her passion for exercise and well being to her clients. Combining traditional strength training with balance and stability work - she helps her clients achieve their fitness goals by keeping the work varied and intense. In addition to her Bachelor's degree, she has completed the WITS personal training program and is completing her certification with NASM.

    Betsy Shuster

    Betsy Shuster is a nationally certified personal trainer through NSCA. During her career she has been featured in the Charlotte Observer for a 6 week Mom's Challenge weight loss series. This fabulous opportunity included training the participants, blogging on the Moms CharlotteWeekly website and answering emails and questions from readers. She was also featured on ESPN U providing some training tips and exercises to get people "spring break ready"! Betsy is a tough trainer who doesn’t put up with excuses nor does she believe in diets or "get slim quick" tactics. She believes in hard work and the power of self. “It is amazing what you can be accomplished when you tear down the walls of ‘I can't’.” Betsy trains both men and women of all ages looking to get in the best shape of their lives.

    Kelsey Elmore

    Physical fitness is a true a passion for Kelsey and one of the key elements in defining her. This elite level athlete has over the years competed in swimming, tennis, figure skating, and cheerleading. Currently, she is training to compete in Crossfit competitions. With most of her clients Kelsey specializes in functional strength, endurance and olympic lifts. This little firecracker enjoys motivating and pushing her clients to achieve their maximum potential.
